1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Fancy Wing ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Fancy Wing website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on Fancy Wing. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Fancy Wing will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

• Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Fancy Wing support immediately.
• Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will be closed and all associated bonuses voided.

4 Deposits and Payments

Fancy Wing accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and other supported local payment methods. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your Fancy Wing account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. Fancy Wing does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified, your deposit wagering requirement must be met (if applicable) and your account must be in good standing with no active investigations or disputes.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

By playing any game on Fancy Wing, you accept the rules of that game as displayed within the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the server-side record, the server-side record will be treated as the authoritative outcome.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward Fancy Wing staff or other players.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Fancy Wing reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, irregular betting patterns or a request from the player themselves.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email or in-app message. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw or place bets. If the suspension is resolved in your favour, full access will be restored. If the suspension results in permanent closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after investigation.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
